The Bowflex SelectTech 5.1 Series Bench is a very adjustable bench!
There are 6 different positions you can put the bench in. You can go from a 17 degree decline bench all the way up to a 90 degree incline bench!
This will enable you to be able to mix things up and add even more variety to your workouts. It even has a padded leg brace (which you can remove if you like) to help you during decline exercises.
It's 56 inches long by 26 inches wide by 20 inches high and you can use the rear wheels to quickly move it out of the way.
The combination of these dumbbells and bench will enable you to work your entire body in a variety of different ways!
